I think a conservative in Mr. Miller’s case might be a liberal who’s simply a frightened man. Too scared to uphold the rule of law.

its the american liberals who are afraid and want to cave to the french/chinese/russians/islamic terrorists, lacking the physical courage to defend themselves and the moral courage to withstand some political ill will.

Living in Europe I don’t think I’ll get to see the show anytime soon, but I’m curious to see how it’ll turn out. If Miller’s really the iconoclast he claims to be, he won’t be afraid to let loose a little friendly fire. Most left/right political converts are predictable. I do give him credit for having gotten a great interview with Jay Leno. On “Tonight,” Jay can be pretty funny (though I’ll always remember Bill Hicks’ Leno routine…), but doesn’t give the audience much credit. On Miller’s show he came off as very intelligent and very funny.
I wonder how long Miller can stand his new(-ish) friends.

Miller was a lousy comedian, an even worse football host, so he has to sell-out and be Bush’s lap dog to keep getting paid.
