From US Weekly, January 10, 2005:
“Three days later, [Angelina] Jolie strolled around a market near Beirut, Lebanon. ‘[My son] Maddox is Buddhist, so I’m making Christmas a time where he learns about new countries,’ she said recently.”

i wonder when maddox had the time, between playing in the sandbox and building lego houses, to decide on a religion.
easy, right after he realized he was headed toward the biggest oedipus complex in history . . .
Guy is back!
Beirut? Beirut at X-mas? Party on Jolie!
Do Buddhists celebrate Christmas?
Do Pre Schoolers care about other countries?
And are we to believe that mega movie stars actually spend quality time with their children?
in answer to your question, five.
possibly six.
“My son, Maddox, believes that I should be ignored whenever I’m being deeply silly, because that’s what a toddler Buddhist does. Yet, even in doing so, he seems to increase my chances of ink. How can I lose? Praise the various gods!”

I think what she meant is that since her son is not Christian, it’s a good time to get out of America and check out some other cultures…
Of course, Lebanon is 40% Christian, and Beirut is closer to 50%… and Muslims celebrate Jesus Christ and generally (outside of Iran and Saudi Arabia) have Xmas ornaments up around town.
This child should be so lucky as to know his beliefs before he starts HIS acting carreer….What is wrong with Christmas…Every child should get that excitement at least once a year(birthdays not included)a holiday that is shared by entire family is healthy…Think on that…
